CALENDAR To have your Calendar listing uploaded online send the text by email and Submit online by following the link: http://www.arttimesjournal.com/submitevent.html

OPPORTUNITIES submitted by organizations and institutions throughout U.S. offer grants, auditions, and competitions. 

    Provide the following information and include in the body of an email not as an attachment:

  1. “Call to” description (e.g. Artists, Photographers, Actors, etc.)
  2. Organization contact info: organization name, mailing address, phone, email, Website
  3. Opportunity description, including event date; (e.g., Seeks entries for Open Competition, “Anything Goes” Jan 24-Feb 16, ‘10); prizes, jurors.
  4. SASE information and address
  5. Submission deadline
